- Subsequent drunk driving offenses will result in far greater penalties, and you may very well spend time in prison.
Just imagine having to answer "YES" to this question on every single job application you fill out for the rest of your life: "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?"
If you’ve been drinking, DO NOT DRIVE—not even for a short distance! It’s not worth it.
